New Delhi [India], April 1 (ANI): Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd. (APSEZ) has officially surpassed the landmark milestone of handling 500 million tonnes of cargo, according to a company media release issued on Wednesday.

The milestone serves as a primary indicator of the scale and execution pace within India's infrastructure sector.

While the company took 16 years to reach its initial 100 million tonnes, every subsequent 100 million tonnes has been added at an accelerated rate.

This trend reflects the increasing operational discipline and strategic depth of the platform, which now provides a clear line of sight toward a larger target of handling 1 billion tonnes by the year 2030.
