Tiger Woods’ teammate is breaking his silence after the legendary golfer’s latest DUI arrest. “Very disturbing,” Kevin Kisner told the Golf Channel on Saturday, March 28. “He was really working hard on his game, trying to practice and get back in shape.

He signed up for the U. S. Senior Open yesterday. He was trying to do anything he could to come back and try and help our TGL team get ready, hopefully try and play the Masters.

” Kisner and Woods are teammates on Jupiter Links Golf Club of the TGL, an indoor golf league. Kisner continued, “Just a really unfortunate incident.

The only positive is that nobody was injured in the incident and we can all move forward and hopefully help him get better. ” On the same show, PGA pro and current golf analyst Brad Faxon echoed Kisner’s comments of support for Woods.

“He’s the biggest needle-mover in our sport,” Faxon said. “You know, where we live in that area, that Jupiter area, whenever Tiger goes to play or practice, it gets around pretty quickly.

” He continued, “And the fact that he was getting ready to practice at his home club, and thinking maybe he’s going to play the Masters. Everybody was kind of hoping for that and we’re hoping for the best wishes for Tiger now as he goes forward.

” The comments came a day after golf commentator Brandel Chamblee urged Woods to retire from golf, arguing that he has nothing more to prove in the sport. “Why would he need to play golf anymore?

” Chamblee said on the Friday, March 27, episode of Golf Central. “I think he should probably ask himself that. Consider not playing golf anymore. ” He continued, “It’s clear that Tiger Woods has a history of pushing himself to his physical limit.
