Advisory for Indian citizens to exit Iran On Wednesday, the Indian mission in Tehran released a formal notification that strongly advised its people to "expeditiously exit" the war-hit country.

This latest communication serves as a follow up to a previous instruction that had asked individuals to remain stationary for forty eight hours. With the situation evolving rapidly, officials are now pushing for a swift withdrawal.

The embassy emphasized that any movement toward frontiers must be handled with extreme caution, stating that "it is again reiterated that there should be no attempt to approach any international land border without prior consultation and coordination with the Embassy.
